- • As an Account Director, Hyperscale Sales at Cologix, you will lead strategic development and execution of sales and brand presence within the Hyperscale and Global Strategic Account community, driving growth in high-density compute environments for established and emerging players.
- • Day to day, you will develop sales opportunities, identify, penetrate, and close target prospect accounts, carry an individual quota, and retire it monthly through new sales closures while managing funnel, forecasting, and quota attainment with discipline.
- • Cologix is a leading North America network-neutral interconnection and hyperscale edge data center company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with 45+ digital edge and Scalelogix℠hyperscale edge data centers across 13 U.S. and Canadian markets, serving nearly 2,000 customers through a carrier-dense ecosystem of 710+ networks, 360+ cloud providers, and seven Internet exchanges.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in hyperscale built-to-suit data centers, powered shell, pre-lease data center, real estate, and telecommunications industries, while advancing your strategic sales leadership in a high-growth, mission-driven organization backed by a major North American infrastructure fund and committed to ESG and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrable understanding of the Hyperscale built-to-suit data center, powered shell, pre-lease data center, real estate and telecommunications industries
- • Proven ability to develop sales opportunities, identify, penetrate, and close target prospect accounts within the hyperscale and global strategic account market segment
- • Strong funnel management, forecasting, and quota attainment discipline with a track record of retiring individual quotas on a monthly basis
- • Highest integrity and full capability in all internal and external communications
- • Entrepreneurial drive and top-performing sales background with experience in strategic account development
