  • • Own and exceed annual revenue targets for Key Accounts in the Lifestyle, Consumer & Services (LCS) category by selling premium sports advertising solutions across TV, Digital and On-ground touch-points.
  • • Act as the single-point ambassador for JioStar in the market, representing our marquee sports portfolio—cricket, kabaddi, football, and emerging properties—to C-suite clients and their agencies.
  • • Unlock the full potential of our 360° sports ecosystem by combining high-impact broadcast inventory, addressable digital assets, immersive on-ground activations and data-driven sponsorship packages that deliver measurable ROI.
  • • Develop a granular understanding of JioStar’s Premium Sports catalogue, ad-product suite, audience segments and pricing architecture; translate this knowledge into sharp, client-specific narratives that win pitches.
  • • Dive deep into each brand’s business objectives, media KPIs and competitive pressures; craft integrated solutions that move beyond GRPs to include brand lift, footfall, e-commerce attribution and social buzz.
  • • Leverage flagship properties like VIVO Pro Kabaddi League to design on-ground fan parks, school contact programmes, retail integrations and influencer collaborations that extend campaign life and deepen brand love.
  • • Maintain a rigorously updated sales pipeline in CRM; forecast accurately, flag risks early and uphold best-in-class sales hygiene so leadership can make informed inventory and pricing decisions.
  • • Maximise revenue per account by evangelising JioStar as the definitive premium destination for sports advertising, using data, case studies and thought-leadership to shift share from competitors.
  • • Cultivate and nurture senior relationships across media agencies (GroupM, IPG, Omnicom, Publicis) and brand marketing teams (CMOs, Category Heads, Media Directors) to secure early-stage briefs and multi-year commitments.
  • • Serve as a consultative partner who brings category insights, benchmarking and post-campaign analytics to every conversation, ensuring clients see JioStar as indispensable to their growth plans.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, ad-ops, research and legal teams to package inventory, create bespoke sponsorships, clear rights and deliver flawless campaign execution.
  • • Represent JioStar at industry forums, client summits and sports business conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader in sports marketing innovation.
  • • Stay ahead of market trends—streaming adoption, cord-cutting patterns, fantasy gaming integrations, athlete influencers—and translate these into proactive pitches that open new revenue streams.
  • • Mentor junior sales managers, sharing best practices on negotiation, storytelling and pipeline discipline to build a high-performing regional pod.
  • • Ensure all deals comply with ASCI guidelines, BARC reporting standards and internal audit requirements, safeguarding both client trust and company reputation.
