  • • Partner daily with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Product Marketing to craft executive-level business reviews that translate product usage data into board-ready ROI stories, securing renewal signatures 90 days in advance of contract expiry.
  • • Map and nurture C-suite, VP, and director-level stakeholders across marketing, digital, IT, and finance functions, running a disciplined touch-point cadence that turns single-license champions into enterprise-wide advocates.
  • • Negotiate seven-figure contracts end-to-end—red-lining MSAs, order forms, DPAs, and security addenda—while protecting gross-margin targets and accelerating deal velocity through creative commercial constructs (co-terming, ramped commits, CPI-linked escalators).
  • • Build and maintain a rolling 12-month account plan for every assigned logo, layering expansion hypotheses, competitive threats, and executive-sponsor mapping onto a living QBR playbook that is reviewed monthly with global leadership.
  • • Translate market intelligence (industry benchmarks, consumer behavior shifts, channel performance trends) into consultative recommendations that position Insider One as the strategic innovation partner, not just another SaaS vendor.
  • • Champion customer advocacy by co-producing case studies, joint webinars, and event keynotes that showcase measurable revenue lift, earning reference ability scores above 90 % and feeding a predictable pipeline of peer referrals.
  • • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal/expansion bookings with 95 % accuracy, leveraging Salesforce dashboards and Clari to flag risk, upside, and resource needs in weekly revenue cadences with Sales, CS, and Finance.
  • • Instill a culture of “care” across every interaction—proactively resolving escalations, celebrating customer milestones, and ensuring NPS remains industry-leading—while mentoring junior Account Managers on negotiation best-practices and executive presence.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of Insider One’s pricing, packaging, and legal templates by feeding frontline deal intelligence back to Product, RevOps, and Legal, accelerating the company’s ability to win larger, more strategic contracts globally.
