  • • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract for Constant Contact’s industry-leading digital marketing platform, serving the 30 million small businesses and nonprofits that power the U.S. economy. You will be the face of the brand to prospects, acting as a trusted advisor who translates marketing pain points into measurable ROI.
  • • Run a high-velocity, high-volume pipeline of 150-200 opportunities per quarter sourced by SDRs, marketing campaigns, channel partners and your own outbound prospecting. You will manage every stage—discovery, tailored demo, proposal, negotiation and close—while forecasting revenue within 5 % accuracy each week.
  • • Master and articulate our full product suite: email marketing, SMS, social media management, event marketing, CRM integrations, AI content generator and e-commerce tools. You will map features to use cases such as abandoned-cart recovery, seasonal promotions, donor re-engagement and local event amplification.
  • • Deliver customized, data-driven presentations via Zoom to owners, marketers and C-suite executives, often juggling multiple stakeholders and procurement teams. You will leverage Gong recordings, Miro boards and ROI calculators to prove how Constant Contact can drive 4-7Ă— revenue lift within 90 days.
  • • Collaborate daily with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success and Product Marketing to craft vertical-specific messaging for retail, restaurants, fitness studios, professional services and nonprofits. You will feed market insights back to Product to influence roadmap priorities.
  • • Exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas of $400-600 k by expanding deal size through multi-year contracts, add-on modules and strategic partnerships with web developers, agencies and POS vendors. You will identify white-space opportunities inside existing accounts to grow net-new revenue.
  • • Maintain pristine Salesforce hygiene—logging activities, next steps, MEDDPICC notes and competitive intel—so leadership can run real-time pipeline reviews and coach to winnable deals. You will use Tableau dashboards to spot trends and replicate winning behaviors across the team.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation by A/B testing subject lines, call scripts, demo flows and pricing models. You will present findings in monthly “What’s Working” sessions that elevate the entire sales organization.
  • • Travel 2-3 times per quarter to represent Constant Contact at SMB trade shows, chambers of commerce and partner summits, capturing on-the-ground insights that sharpen our value proposition.
  • • Mentor new Account Executives and SDRs through shadowing, call reviews and deal clinics, embodying our core value of “We Win Together.” Your leadership will directly influence ramp time and quota attainment across the pod.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding $300 k+ annual quota
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage 150+ opportunities concurrently in Salesforce with MEDDPICC or similar methodology
  • • Comfort presenting to owners, marketers and executives via Zoom; excellent verbal, written and storytelling skills
  • • Nice-to-have: Experience selling to small businesses, agencies or e-commerce merchants; familiarity with email marketing, CRM or marketing automation platforms
