Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full sales cycle from first cold call to signed enterprise contract, navigating complex financial-services buying committees that include Operations, IT, Compliance, and C-suite executives.
- • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR targets by building and executing account-based plans for a named list of Fortune 1000 banks, card issuers, fintechs, and debt buyers—typical deal size $500K–$3M ARR, 9- to 18-month sales cycle.
- • Run discovery that uncovers “the real pain” beyond the RFP: regulatory pressure, charge-off rates, customer-complaint volumes, and digital-collection gaps; map TrueML’s patented Heartbeat decision engine to ROI models that show 20–40 % lift in liquidation and 30 % drop in complaints.
- • Orchestrate multi-threaded campaigns: cold outbound, marketing-qualified leads, executive briefings, user-group references, and partner co-sell motions; keep Salesforce.com stage, next step, MEDDPICC, and competitor fields accurate to within 24 hours so forecasting is airtight.
- • Deliver remote and onsite product demos that translate data-science concepts (adaptive segmentation, reinforcement-learning models, compliance firewall) into plain-English business outcomes for risk, legal, and CX audiences; tailor every deck to the prospect’s brand voice and KPIs.
- • Negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements including MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, and SOC-2 addenda with procurement and legal teams; secure pricing and contract terms that protect TrueML’s margin while accelerating signature.
- • Champion customer success hand-off: brief implementation, data-science, and account-management teams on stakeholder map, success criteria, and expansion opportunities; maintain executive sponsor relationships that yield 120 % net-revenue retention.
- • Provide field intelligence to Product and Marketing: competitive wins/losses, feature gaps, pricing sensitivity, and emerging regulatory trends (CFPB, FDCPA, Reg F) that influence roadmap and messaging.
- • Represent TrueML at industry events (ACA, RMA, Money20/20) and webinars, building personal brand and pipeline; contribute to blog posts and case studies that position you as a thought leader in AI-driven collections.
- • Model our values: “Data beats opinion,” “Own the outcome,” and “Respect every borrower”; actively mentor junior reps and participate in DEI recruiting initiatives to help us build a team that reflects the consumers we serve.
