- • Be the human voice of Qover for millions of protected users across 32 European countries. Every day you will turn complex insurance jargon into crystal-clear guidance for customers of world-class brands like Revolut, BMW, Monzo and Mastercard.
- • Own the full customer journey from first contact to final resolution. You will answer emails and calls in Dutch, French and English, quickly distil the real issue, and guide each customer through the exact steps needed to file a claim, change a policy or simply understand their coverage.
- • Act as a frontline risk radar. By logging patterns in questions, complaints and claims, you will feed actionable insights back to product, underwriting and tech teams so the platform can evolve faster than the market.
- • Drive inbound sales conversion. When prospects reach out with questions, you will turn curiosity into commitment by explaining benefits in everyday language and activating policies on the spot.
- • Keep the back-office engine humming. You will chase missing payments, print and post time-sensitive documents, activate new contracts, process mid-term changes and renewals, and keep our CRM spotless so every colleague sees the same 360° customer view.
- • Translate “insurance speak” into human language. After completing our PCP training programme you will become the go-to interpreter who can explain a deductible, waiting period or exclusion clause without ever losing the customer’s trust.
- • Champion a lean-startup mindset. When volumes spike or a new product launches, you will jump in wherever the biggest value lies—whether that is clearing a ticket queue, stress-testing a new process or writing the FAQ that prevents the next hundred calls.
