- • Own the technical heartbeat of every enterprise deal. As a Solutions Engineer at Statsig, you will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, translating complex experimentation and feature-management capabilities into clear business value for Fortune-1000 prospects and high-growth scale-ups alike.
- • Lead technical discovery calls that uncover the real pain behind a prospect’s roadmap. You will map their current stack—data warehouses, CDPs, front-end frameworks, and analytics tools—against Statsig’s Cloud and Warehouse-Native deployment modes, then craft a tailored solution architecture that proves ROI within weeks, not quarters.
- • Architect and deliver white-glove proof-of-concept engagements. From spinning up a Warehouse-Native instance on Snowflake to instrumenting React feature flags in a Next.js monorepo, you will own the end-to-end POC, ensuring statistical rigor, data fidelity, and executive-ready dashboards that make the business case undeniable.
- • Become the customer’s trusted technical advisor for life. Post-sale, you will guide platform rollout, design experimentation programs that scale across dozens of teams, and run enablement workshops that turn skeptical engineers into power users who ship faster and safer.
- • Evangelize Statsig’s vision on stage and in print. Speak at meetups, author blog posts on cutting-edge experimentation techniques, and contribute code samples to our open-source repos—establishing yourself and Statsig as the definitive voice in modern product development.
- • Influence the product roadmap with field intelligence. You will funnel real-world customer feedback into concise product specs, partner with PM and engineering to prioritize features, and beta-test new releases so that every launch reflects genuine market needs.
- • Collaborate across time zones with a revenue-obsessed sales pod. You will quarterback RFP responses, build mutual close plans, and provide crisp answers to security questionnaires—compressing enterprise sales cycles while elevating deal size and technical win rates.
- • Champion data-driven culture inside customer organizations. Teach statistical concepts—Bayesian vs. frequentist inference, sequential testing, CUPED variance reduction—in language that resonates with both data scientists and product managers, ensuring experiments drive decisions, not just dashboards.
- • Continuously level up your own technical depth. Immerse yourself in Statsig’s evolving feature set—remote-config rollouts, holdout tests, warehouse-native pipelines—and stay fluent in adjacent technologies like dbt, Airflow, and modern JavaScript frameworks so you can speak the customer’s language fluently.
