- • Join a fast-growing, Series A-stage AI governance and observability platform that helps organizations build, evaluate, and deploy AI systems with confidence.
- • Our platform powers continuous evaluation, real-time monitoring, automated compliance, and data quality tooling for ML and LLM systems — from prototype through production.
- • As a Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of customer success, technical depth, and product feedback.
- • You'll partner with enterprise clients worldwide to tailor and deploy our software, accelerating pilots to production and driving measurable impact.
- • Deliver and customize the platform's software for top enterprise clients around the globe.
- • Communicate client needs and translate them into technical demos and tailored deployments.
- • Map client requirements to product capabilities by deeply understanding the AI landscape and the clients' specific use cases.
- • Demonstrate and configure both the frontend (Next.js / TypeScript) and backend (Flask / PostgreSQL / RQ workers) stack during client engagements.
- • Support deployments on AWS and/or on-premises, cloud-agnostic configurations.
- • Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to improve deployments, tests, and user documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions engineering.
- • Strong proficiency in Python; ability to quickly customize and adapt code for client demos and deployments.
- • Deep, hands-on understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including state-of-the-art ML models used to generate insights and data-centric tests.

- • Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
