- • Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term, remote career as a Full-Cycle Account Executive managing and growing relationships across an existing book of approximately 200 restaurant clients while actively hunting for new business through outbound prospecting.
- • Day to day, you will manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of ~200 existing restaurant clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting to generate and close new business, run discovery calls, present solutions, manage deals through the full sales cycle, maintain accurate pipeline and activity logs in the CRM, serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams, and participate in regular sales reviews.
- • You will be part of a fast-growing restaurant distribution and supply chain company operating in a startup environment with evolving processes, where you’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience and contribute to process improvements.
- • In this role, you can develop expertise in full-cycle sales, deepen your ability to manage large account portfolios while hunting new business, strengthen your emotional intelligence and client relationship skills, refine your CRM and pipeline management discipline, and grow your professional presence as a confident, client-facing representative of the brand.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with a proven outbound track record
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while simultaneously hunting new business
- • High emotional intelligence — able to build trust and navigate complex client relationships
- • Excellent spoken and written English suited for US client-facing communication
- • Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes and priorities
- • Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management habits
- • Experience working with US-based clients
