- • As an Account Executive at CVS Health, you will drive growth in the Employer segment by managing renewals, retention, and upsell of prescription benefit management solutions, directly impacting client satisfaction and revenue.
- • Day to day, you will lead client accounts as the quarterback, collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, clinical, and operations, deliver quarterly and annual performance reports, and use consultative selling to identify client needs and tailor CVS Health solutions.
- • You will join a purpose-driven team at CVS Health committed to simplifying healthcare through innovation, compassion, and accountability, working alongside passionate colleagues focused on improving health outcomes for individuals and communities.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare sales and PBM solutions, strengthen consultative and presentation skills, build strategic client and internal partnerships, and contribute to long-term growth in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of work experience
- • 2+ years of cumulative account management or client-facing experience in healthcare or the PBM industry
- • Valid and current driver’s license
- • Personal vehicle that is reliable, properly insured, and suitable for job requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- • Experience supporting and negotiating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) (preferred)
