- • The Account Executive role at Integrity Marketing Group, LLC is a strategic position focused on managing and growing high-value client relationships within the health-insurance BPO portfolio, directly impacting revenue, compliance, and long-term account success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will serve as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions, monitor KPIs like conversion rates, AHT, ASA, service levels, and compliance scores, manage multi-million-dollar account portfolios, track financial performance, identify expansion opportunities, lead account ramp-ups and seasonal scaling (AEP/OEP), ensure Medicare and CMS compliance, and deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and executive reporting.
- • The team operates within Connexion Point, a division of Integrity Marketing Group, LLC, a leading independent distributor of life, health, and wealth insurance products with a strong insurtech focus, committed to innovation and serving hundreds of thousands of independent agents nationwide.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in Medicare Advantage, PDP, and supplemental insurance programs, sharpen analytical and executive communication skills, lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, WFM, Training, and Quality teams, and drive measurable improvements in account performance, scalability, and compliance—positioning them for advancement in healthcare BPO, account management, or insurance operations leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in BPO account management, client services, or operations
- • Proven success managing large, multi-million-dollar accounts in a performance-driven environment
- • Strong understanding of Medicare, CMS regulations, and health insurance operations
- • Demonstrated ability to scale accounts, lead large ramp-ups, and manage seasonal fluctuations
- • Exceptional analytical skills with experience using BPO metrics to drive performance
- • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-presence skills
