- • As an Account Executive at Workato, you will join a growing team in Japan, one of the company’s most high-potential regions globally, to drive new business sales in the mid-market segment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and executing a territory plan, selling Workato’s automation and integration platform directly and through channel partners, and collaborating with local SDR, partner sales, and marketing teams.
- • You will act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives—both technical and non-technical—helping them maximize the value of automation and integration to streamline their operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of commercial software sales experience in the technology space, preferably with a SaaS or PaaS vendor
- • Proven ability to generate new business sales
- • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives in mid-sized businesses, up to C-level
- • Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus
- • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset
