- • As a Prenatal Account Executive at BillionToOne, you will drive the adoption of the company’s groundbreaking UNITY Fetal Risk Screen — the first and only single-gene NIPT that combines carrier and aneuploidy screening — directly impacting access to life-changing prenatal diagnostics for expectant parents across your territory.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, cultivating, and managing relationships with OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, genetic counselors, and healthcare systems; delivering clinical information to clients and internal teams; attending industry events; and developing strategic business plans to grow test utilization in your region.
- • You will join a mission-driven, innovative team at a publicly traded Nasdaq company where scientists, engineers, and sales professionals collaborate to transform healthcare through cutting-edge molecular diagnostics, guided by transparency, compassion, and a commitment to making advanced testing accessible to all.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in prenatal and reproductive health sales, sharpen your consultative selling and strategic planning skills, and have the opportunity to influence how innovative diagnostics are communicated and adopted in clinical settings — all while contributing to a company recognized as a Forbes Best Startup Employer and Great Place to Work certified organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector, calling on providers in a specified geographic territory
- • Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills, plus ability to assess and respond to customer needs
- • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), with effective time management and prioritization abilities
- • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, patient privacy, and ethical handling of medical information
- • Strong desire to work in a startup environment, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to think strategically while executing tactically
