  • • As an Account Executive 3 - New Business at Twilio, you will lead prospecting, solution selling, and closing of new business opportunities across Messaging, Voice, and Email products, with a focus on expanding Twilio’s messaging business with large, fast-growing mid-market and enterprise companies in the Financial Services vertical. This role is critical to driving revenue growth by owning highly analytical and consultative sales cycles in competitive vendor sourcing environments.
  • • Day to day, you will drive new customer acquisition against an iACV quota, own end-to-end sales cycles, work with customers to understand business and technical requirements, design tailored solutions using Twilio’s CPaaS platform, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations on contract design, balance competing priorities, manage multiple deals, partner cross-functionally on territory strategy, act as the voice of the customer to product and carrier teams, stay current on CPaaS industry trends, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical SaaS and CPaaS selling, refine your analytical account development skills, master complex solution design for enterprise clients, build executive-level communication and influencing abilities, gain exposure to cross-functional Go-to-Market operations, and develop strategic territory planning capabilities—positioning you for advancement into senior sales leadership or specialized enterprise roles within Twilio’s high-growth communications ecosystem.
