- • Clera is a mission-driven AI startup backed by top-tier investors, already serving over 600 US startups including Mintlify, Luminai, and Windsurf, with zero customer churn and a product that flips the traditional recruiting model by reaching passive talent through AI-driven outreach.
- • You will collaborate closely with the founding team to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy while providing real customer feedback that shapes the product roadmap, giving you strategic influence beyond typical sales roles.
