- • Strategic Partnerships Associate at Siftstack Inc. is a high-leverage growth role focused on expanding the company’s presence in emerging technical markets such as robotics, energy, and autonomous systems by identifying opportunities, activating partner channels, and converting industry engagement into qualified pipeline—directly supporting revenue growth and market penetration.
- • The role serves as the tip of the spear for SIFT’s go-to-market strategy, blending business development, partnership activation, and creative outbound motion to open doors for the sales team and build repeatable, scalable growth engines in new verticals.
- • Day to day, you will research emerging industries and map key technical stakeholders to inform targeted outbound campaigns that generate initial interest and meetings for Account Executives.
- • You will synthesize insights from early market experiments to develop, test, and refine messaging, outreach sequences, and sales assets, then document and hand off successful plays to scale across the team.
- • You will own end-to-end strategy for industry summits and conferences—from pre-event targeting and outreach to post-event follow-up—ensuring event participation translates into booked meetings, tracked opportunities, and long-term relationships.
- • You will manage and activate SIFT’s existing partner ecosystem, including channel resellers, technology integrators, accelerators, and co-marketing programs, turning warm relationships into qualified, trackable pipeline through joint initiatives and coordinated outreach.
- • You will devise creative, non-obvious go-to-market tactics such as co-branded content, niche accelerator sponsorships, joint webinars, or innovative outreach sequences that cut through noise and generate responses where traditional methods fail.
- • You will monitor real-time industry signals—including funding announcements, contract awards, and technology launches—and rapidly convert them into actionable outreach opportunities aligned with SIFT’s ideal customer profile.
- • You will maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility across your book of business, ensuring all activities are logged, follow-ups are timely, and efforts remain coordinated and accountable.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Growth team, Account Executives, and marketing to align outbound efforts with broader GTM initiatives and provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and product-market fit.
- • You will represent SIFT’s brand in partner-facing communications, briefing documents, and outreach, ensuring all external touchpoints reflect the company’s technical credibility and mission-driven tone.
- • You will operate in a fast-moving, startup environment where initiative, adaptability, and creativity are rewarded, and where your contributions directly shape the evolution of the role and the company’s growth trajectory.
- • You will work from SIFT’s headquarters in Marina del Rey, CA, with in-person collaboration Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays, enabling both team cohesion and flexibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a BDR, business development, partnerships, or GTM role, preferably at a startup or technical company where you had to build processes from scratch.
- • Proven ability to design and execute creative outbound campaigns that go beyond standard cold calling, including multi-channel sequencing and personalized outreach.
- • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach, briefing docs, and partner-facing content that aligns with brand voice and technical audiences.
- • Familiarity with or genuine interest in aerospace, defense, robotics, energy, industrial tech, or related hardware-intensive industries.
- • Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms, with a track record of quickly learning new tools.
- • Highly proactive and organized, with personal systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and follow-ups are consistently executed.
