- • As an Account Executive at Mia Labs, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the $1.2T automotive industry by selling AI-powered solutions that modernize dealership operations and elevate the customer experience. Your work will directly contribute to helping dealerships increase efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and build lasting relationships through intelligent automation—positioning Mia as a trusted partner in the evolution of automotive retail.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to complex contract negotiation and closing, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring net-new customers in the automotive dealership sector. This includes developing deep product knowledge to articulate the business value and ROI of Mia’s conversational AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities within accounts, and driving incremental revenue through cross-selling and upselling of automation modules and service plans.
- • You will partner closely with Client Success and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure seamless technical transitions and adoption for new clients, while using data, analytics tools, and ROI modeling to build compelling, actionable business cases that resonate with dealership executives and decision-makers.

- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow as a strategic sales leader in a high-growth SaaS environment, sharpening your ability to navigate complex sales cycles, build pipeline from scratch, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup conditions. You’ll gain deep exposure to AI-driven automation technologies and automotive industry workflows, positioning yourself at the intersection of cutting-edge tech and traditional industry transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, selling technical products into complex, multi-location operators (e.g., retail, healthcare, restaurants, etc.) where the pattern of complexity matters more than the specific vertical.
- • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
- • Strong technical aptitude—comfortable understanding integrations, telephony systems, CRM data, and automation workflows.
- • Exceptional negotiation skills and client-facing confidence, capable of presenting to executive-level audiences.
- • Organized, process-driven, and effective in fast-moving startup environments.
- • Proven ability to act as a 'pipeline builder,' not a 'pipeline inheritor,' with a verifiable track record of successful cold prospecting and net-new customer acquisition.
