- • As an Account Executive for Ideals Board, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of a fast-growing SaaS platform that enables secure, compliant, and efficient board-level collaboration for organizations in high-stakes sectors such as Finance, Healthcare, Education, and Non-profits. Your work will directly contribute to replicating the global success of Ideals VDR by converting inbound and SDR-generated leads into paying customers across the U.S. and EMEA regions.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for Ideals Board, conducting discovery calls, delivering tailored product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with prospects who require secure document sharing and decision-making tools for critical processes like fundraising, M&A, and regulatory compliance. Your day-to-day will involve proactive pipeline management in HubSpot, close collaboration with SDRs to optimize lead quality and demo conversion rates, hosting educational webinars to nurture prospects, and providing actionable market feedback to product and marketing teams based on real-time customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of proven experience in a full sales cycle closing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment, with demonstrated ability to manage outbound and inbound sales processes
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective discovery, demo delivery, negotiation, and relationship-building with C-level and board-level stakeholders
- • Self-motivated, high-energy professional with excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, capable of thriving in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment
