Account Manager - Golf

📋 Description

• • As an Account Manager for Lightspeed’s Golf team, you will manage a portfolio of golf course customers across North America, helping them maximize value from the Lightspeed platform through proactive engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth.
• • Day to day, you will reach out to customers to drive product usage and add-ons, define success criteria with clients, serve as an escalation point for issues, run projects to improve customer experience and CSAT, identify reference accounts, report on portfolio health, stay current on product updates, and act as the voice of the customer by flagging product requests to internal teams.
• • You’ll join a mission-driven company founded in 2005 in Montreal’s LGBTQ+ community, now dual-listed on NYSE and TSX, serving retail, hospitality, and golf businesses in over 100 countries with a culture rooted in inclusion, innovation, and empowering merchants to simplify, scale, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
