- • As an Account Executive at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for two key business lines—RTO Pro and Recur360—while supporting both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion. Your work directly contributes to helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through seamless software and embedded payment solutions, aligning with Fullsteam’s mission to empower clients and delight their customers.
- • You will execute daily outbound prospecting via calls and emails to build a robust sales pipeline, manage and convert inbound leads through consultative discovery, product demos, and closing, and run full-cycle sales motions across both product lines. Additionally, you will identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts, maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting in tools like Salesforce or Salesloft, and collaborate closely with onboarding, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and alignment on go-to-market strategies.

- • In this role, you will sharpen your consultative selling skills—particularly through a Sandler-preferred methodology—while gaining deep expertise in selling complex SaaS and payment solutions across multiple industries. You’ll have the opportunity to master full-cycle sales ownership, expand your strategic account management capabilities, and grow into a trusted advisor to clients, positioning yourself for long-term career advancement in sales leadership or enterprise account management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- • Experience managing both outbound and inbound sales motions, including prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing
- • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar platforms, with disciplined activity tracking and pipeline management
- • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently and handle multiple products and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong communication, objection-handling, and consultative selling skills (Sandler methodology preferred)
