  • • As an Account Executive 4 (German Speaking) at Twilio, you will drive new business growth across the DACH region by selling communication solutions to enterprise prospects and existing customers with ARR under $50k, playing a key role in expanding Twilio’s market presence.
  • • Day to day, you will source new high-value customers, manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, create and negotiate pricing proposals, handle contract processes, and balance multiple deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in selling complex technical solutions like cloud communications platforms and Conversational AI, master consultative and solution-based selling, and build relationships with C-level executives while contributing to Twilio’s mission of revolutionizing global interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a track record of selling and closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies
  • • Strong experience identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts
  • • Proven success in selling complex, technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms, APIs, Conversational AI, and/or enterprise software
  • • Experience in account management, developing large enterprise clients, and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • • Background working with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises
  • • Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling
  • • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including handling complex deals with long sales cycles
  • • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in large enterprises
  • • Fluent German speaker
