Account Executive

📋 Description

• • Own and accelerate revenue growth across Nashville and Alabama as the face of Auctane’s enterprise shipping solutions. You will be entrusted with a defined territory worth hundreds of millions in annual postage and parcel spend, and you’ll be expected to expand wallet-share with existing clients while simultaneously hunting for new logos.
• • Spend three days every week in the field—on customer docks, in carrier hubs, and on partner sites—translating operational pain points into technology-driven savings. Your weekly travel cadence will put you in front of supply-chain directors, VPs of logistics, and C-suite executives who rely on Auctane brands (ShipStation, Stamps.com, Metapack, GlobalPost, Packlink) to move over 200 billion dollars of goods each year.
• • Build and execute quarterly territory plans that balance aggressive new-customer acquisition with systematic upsell and cross-sell motions. You will forecast accurately, maintain a 3x pipeline coverage, and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets while keeping churn under 2% within your book of business.
• • Serve as the primary relationship owner for the United States Postal Service and other strategic carrier partners inside your geography. You will co-host quarterly business reviews, negotiate joint go-to-market campaigns, and secure preferential rates and service levels that give Auctane customers a competitive edge.
• • Collaborate daily with Solutions Engineers to configure multi-carrier rate shopping, API integrations, and warehouse-automation workflows that reduce cost per shipment by double-digit percentages. You will translate technical capabilities into ROI narratives that resonate with both finance and operations stakeholders.
• • Partner with Customer Success and Business Services teams to ensure flawless onboarding and long-term adoption. You will monitor KPI dashboards, intervene early when health scores dip, and champion customer advocacy stories that fuel reference calls and case studies.
• • Evangelize Auctane’s platform at regional trade shows, user groups, and carrier advisory boards. You will author thought-leadership content on peak-season strategies, dimensional-weight optimization, and international expansion best practices, positioning yourself as the de-facto industry expert in Middle Tennessee and Alabama.
• • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, logging every interaction, mapping buying committees, and documenting competitive intelligence. Your data discipline will enable accurate forecasting and empower marketing to run laser-focused ABM campaigns.
• • Champion Auctane’s core values—Win as One, Delight Customers, Deliver Great Outcomes—by mentoring junior reps, sharing battle cards, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across the Solutions Sales organization.
