Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Join Foresight, California’s fastest-growing outpatient mental health company, and deliver life-changing therapy from wherever you call home. We are actively expanding our fully remote clinical team to meet soaring demand for accessible, evidence-based mental health care.
- • As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist you will carry a caseload of 25–30 weekly individual, couples, family, or group sessions via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You will treat a diverse population across the lifespan—children, adolescents, adults, and older adults—presenting with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, substance-use concerns, and co-occurring medical conditions.
- • You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes, develop measurable treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, CPT, PE, MI, or culturally adapted frameworks), and document progress in our cloud-based EHR within 24 hours of each session. All documentation templates, outcome measures, and risk-assessment protocols are built in to streamline your workflow.
- • Weekly interdisciplinary case consultations with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and peer therapists ensure every client receives holistic, coordinated care. You will present complex cases, review medication adherence, and refine interventions based on real-time outcome data.
- • You will participate in monthly continuing-education seminars led by nationally recognized experts, covering topics such as trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practice, suicide risk assessment, and emerging digital therapeutics. Foresight covers all CE costs and provides paid training time.
- • Quality is non-negotiable: you will complete quarterly fidelity reviews, use standardized symptom-tracking tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, etc.), and adjust treatment goals when clients are not progressing as expected. Our data dashboard flags at-risk clients so you can intervene early.
- • You will collaborate with schools, primary-care clinics, and community organizations to reduce barriers to care. This may involve brief phone consultations with pediatricians, attending IEP meetings, or co-leading psychoeducation workshops for caregivers.
- • Crisis support is available 24/7 through our on-call system staffed by licensed clinicians. You will follow clear escalation protocols and debrief after any safety event to ensure continuous improvement.
- • We believe in sustainable practice. You control your schedule, set your preferred session hours, and can request administrative time blocks for notes, treatment planning, or self-care. Our average therapist utilization rate is 75 % clinical, 15 % admin, 10 % professional development.
- • You will contribute to program development by piloting new group curricula, writing blog posts to destigmatize mental health, or mentoring associate therapists. Leadership tracks are available for clinicians interested in supervisory, training, or product-design roles.
- • Compensation is transparent and productivity-based, with uncapped earning potential. You will receive a guaranteed base for your first 90 days while you ramp up, then transition to a fee-for-service model that rewards clinical excellence and client retention.
- • We are a mission-driven, clinician-founded company. Your feedback directly shapes platform enhancements, policy updates, and benefit offerings. Monthly town-halls and anonymous pulse surveys ensure your voice is heard at every level of the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active and unrestricted California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in good standing
- • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience providing individual therapy (internship and associate hours do not count)
- • Proficiency in at least two evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT, PE, MI, etc.)
- • Reliable high-speed internet, private workspace, and comfort with telehealth technology
- • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

- • Fully remote, flexible scheduling—work from any location in California
- • Competitive fee-for-service rates with uncapped earning potential and 90-day base guarantee
- • $2,000 annual CE stipend plus paid training time and free in-house CE courses
- • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time clinicians (30+ sessions/week)
