- • As a Founding GTM Account Executive at Lovable Labs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s AI-powered software creation platform by driving revenue growth across startups and enterprises worldwide. This is a high-impact, founding sales role where you will own the entire sales cycle and help shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, turning product innovation into real-world adoption and contract value.
- • You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals through strategic prospecting, discovery, tailored demos, negotiation, and contract execution. Your day-to-day will involve crafting account plans, mapping stakeholder landscapes, delivering value-driven conversations, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, and using customer insights to influence both product roadmap and GTM strategy while maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling AI-driven developer tools and product-led growth motions, refine your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives, and gain hands-on experience shaping scalable sales systems in a fast-moving startup. You’ll have the opportunity to influence not just revenue outcomes but also the evolution of Lovable’s GTM motion as it expands from early adopters to enterprise-scale adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven success closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals with a track record of full-cycle selling including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract close
- • Strong communicator who can effectively translate technical and product concepts into clear, compelling business value for diverse audiences including technical buyers, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders
- • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across product, engineering, and leadership teams, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment in ambiguous, high-growth environments
