📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive at Steer Health, you will drive revenue by selling AI-native workflow automation solutions to ambulatory healthcare providers and multi-site medical groups, directly impacting patient access and operational efficiency.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, managing 10–20+ active opportunities simultaneously, conducting structured discovery around call volume, scheduling inefficiencies, staffing constraints, and after-hours revenue leakage, and delivering workflow-based demos tied to customer-specific ROI.
- • Steer Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company that helps organizations reduce operational burden and recover revenue through its Luna AI platform, which integrates with existing EHR systems to automate patient access workflows.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare sales cycles, master high-velocity deal execution, and build a track record of closing predictable 30–90 day deals by diagnosing real operational problems and aligning solutions to measurable outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7+ years of SaaS or healthcare technology sales experience
- • Proven success in SMB or mid-market environments
- • Experience selling into medical groups, specialty practices, urgent care, or outpatient settings
- • Strong discovery and closing ability
- • Ability to manage high deal volume without losing discipline
- • Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as patient access, scheduling, and intake
