- • The OEM Account Executive is a key member of the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team focused on driving sales growth for Copeland’s refrigeration compression, controls, projects, and software services in the OEM market. This role is critical to expanding Copeland’s presence in sustainable, low-GWP refrigerant solutions (CO2, R290, A2L) and supporting the company’s mission to create efficient, climate-resilient spaces globally.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will drive year-over-year sales territory growth, develop and execute sales strategies for OEM refrigeration customers, build and nurture relationships with key decision makers across technical, engineering, purchasing, and executive levels, identify sales growth opportunities across Copeland’s product portfolio, manage customer profiles and opportunity funnels in Salesforce, participate in monthly forecasting and pipeline processes, and travel up to 30% to collaborate with internal teams and customers as needed.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in sustainable refrigeration technologies, strengthen consultative and solution-based selling skills, master Salesforce CRM for complex account management, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and aftermarket teams. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or technical field education and experience
- • Prior experience in at least one of the following: Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing within refrigeration or HVAC
- • Knowledge of classic sales to consultative solutions selling
- • Strong communication skills to engage both technical decision makers and executive-level financial stakeholders
- • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
