- • As an Account Executive, SMB - Southeast Asia at Remote Technologies Inc., you will drive net new business by hunting and closing deals with small and mid-sized businesses across the APAC region, directly contributing to Remote’s mission of enabling compliant global employment.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to presentation, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining a high-velocity pipeline and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed sales team within APAC, working asynchronously across continents to solve complex employment challenges for businesses of all sizes using Remote’s Global HR Platform.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS sales, master advanced sales tech stacks, and grow your ability to navigate complex commercial objections and multi-stakeholder deals, positioning yourself for career advancement within a high-growth, values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas for net new logos, with essential experience selling into Australia, New Zealand, or Japan.
- • Strong knowledge and proficiency in using a full sales tech stack including LinkedIn, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, and similar tools.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business fluency in English.
- • Proven success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers and resolving complex commercial and pricing objections.
- • Previous sales hunting or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
- • In-depth understanding of Remote’s services and its position in the global HR industry.
