đź“‹ Description

  • • Elliptic Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Global Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed to sit at the very core of how our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams learn, sell, and grow, fundamentally transforming our approach from one-off onboarding to continuous, evolving enablement. You will blend expertise in content operations, learning science, and commercial strategy to equip our revenue teams to excel in the complex and rapidly evolving cryptocurrency and compliance market.
  • • As a senior, strategic position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, leadership, and continuous improvement of revenue enablement programs across our entire global GTM organization. Your direct ownership will encompass the planning, delivery, and iterative refinement of comprehensive training programs tailored for Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Solution Consultants (SCs). A key focus will be on driving measurable improvements in critical business metrics, including pipeline generation, expansion revenue, deal velocity, and win rates.
  • • The impact of this role is significant and far-reaching. By owning both initial onboarding and ongoing enablement initiatives, you will directly influence key performance indicators such as sales ramp time, overall win rates, and revenue expansion across Elliptic’s global revenue organization. You will foster strong, collaborative partnerships with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Product Marketing, and Product teams. This close collaboration ensures that our AEs, CSMs, and SCs are consistently equipped with the essential knowledge, cutting-edge tools, and compelling narratives required to effectively engage with and support our current and future customers.
  • • In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be tasked with designing, building, maintaining, and delivering scalable onboarding and continuous “everboarding” programs for our revenue organization. This includes curating, structuring, and diligently updating a newly established central enablement hub. This hub will serve as a single source of truth, housing essential resources such as playbooks, battlecards, training recordings, and Learning Management System (LMS) content.
  • • You will be responsible for coordinating training calendars across our three key regions – AMER, EMEA, and APAC. This involves managing communications and scheduling sessions (both live, virtual, and asynchronous) with the explicit goal of reducing information overload and enhancing clarity for all GTM teams. A critical aspect of your role will be partnering closely with Product Marketing and Product teams to translate complex product updates, market shifts, and compliance changes into clear, actionable, and impactful frontline training materials.
  • • Furthermore, you will establish robust feedback mechanisms, analyze adoption and performance data rigorously, and iterate on enablement programs based on tangible outcomes and insights. A core objective will be to establish and maintain strong measurement frameworks that directly link enablement program effectiveness to critical business outcomes, such as reduced ramp time, increased productivity, accelerated deal velocity, and improved win rates.
  • • Looking at longer-term projects, you will build and refine a structured, role-based onboarding journey for each GTM role. This will include defining clear competencies and establishing certification paths to ensure consistent skill development and validation across the teams. You will also develop repeatable, best-practice playbooks for key market segments, industry verticals, and specific use cases, working in close partnership with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership.
  • • Within your first six months, you are expected to achieve several key milestones. This includes launching a brand-new GTM onboarding program for at least one core role, such as an Enterprise AE, complete with a clearly defined curriculum and success criteria. You will also stand up a single, trusted source of truth for sales knowledge and collateral, driving strong adoption across the GTM organization. Additionally, you will deliver a recurring cadence of enablement sessions that are tightly aligned with product releases, shifts in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and competitive market moves, ensuring measurable engagement from participants. Finally, you will define and report on a core set of enablement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leverage the insights gained to continuously improve all enablement programs.
  • • We believe you will be an exceptional fit for this role if you possess a proven sales background and a deep, intuitive understanding of how high-performing sales teams operate within fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally gained within a startup or scale-up setting. You should be comfortable navigating and thriving in a rapidly changing business context, working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to translate high-level strategy into effective frontline execution. You have a natural inclination for building clarity and structure amidst complexity and ambiguity, enabling you to keep GTM teams focused on the most critical priorities.
  • • Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of building and running enablement programs grounded in proven sales methodologies such as Force Management and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC. This ensures consistent qualification, messaging, and execution across diverse teams. You should be adept at leveraging and operationalizing complex sales technologies, including CRM systems like HubSpot, call intelligence platforms like Gong, forecasting tools like Clari, and various sales engagement platforms. This proficiency is crucial for enabling data-driven coaching and establishing repeatable workflows. You will also have experience in developing compelling content and enablement assets – including playbooks, talk tracks, templates, and certification frameworks – that directly align with the company's core value narrative and target personas, particularly within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. A strong ability to partner with RevOps to analyze sales performance, identify critical skill and process gaps, and translate these insights into targeted, effective enablement initiatives is essential. Previous experience in sales enablement, Learning & Development (L&D), or knowledge management supporting B2B sales or customer-facing teams is highly valued.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in sales enablement, L&D, or a related field, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management) and experience building enablement programs around them.
  • • Proficiency in leveraging and operationalizing sales technologies (CRM, sales engagement platforms, call intelligence, LMS).
  • • Excellent content creation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable training materials.
  • • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
  • • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, preferably within the crypto or compliance sectors.
