  • • As a Founding GTM Account Executive at Lovable Labs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s AI-powered software creation platform by driving revenue growth across startups and enterprises globally. This is a high-impact, founding sales role where you will own the entire sales cycle and help shape the go-to-market strategy during a critical phase of expansion.
  • • You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals, transforming interest into signed contracts through strategic outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, and post-sale collaboration. Your success will directly contribute to Lovable’s mission of democratizing software creation for over 2 million users across 200+ countries.
  • • You’ll join a small, talent-dense, and high-velocity team based in Stockholm with a strong presence in Boston, where extreme ownership, low-ego collaboration, and rapid iteration are core cultural values. The company is building a generation-defining platform at the forefront of AI-driven software development.
  • • Day to day, you will: own and manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach to contract signing; develop strategic account plans to uncover whitespace and map key stakeholders across technical and business buyers; deliver tailored, compelling demos and discovery sessions that articulate Lovable’s value proposition; collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term retention; build data-driven ROI cases that connect Lovable’s capabilities to measurable customer outcomes; maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline; leverage customer insights to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy; and champion a repeatable, scalable sales motion as the company expands into enterprise markets.
  • • In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape Lovable’s GTM motion from the ground up, influence product direction through frontline customer feedback, and grow your expertise in selling AI-powered developer tools within a product-led growth environment. You’ll develop deep product mastery, refine enterprise sales execution, and gain experience in scaling a startup into a global player—all while working with a mission-driven team committed to transforming how software is built.
