- • The Account Executive role at HOA Sales is a full-cycle closing position focused on driving new business for partner HOA and condo management companies by converting pre-qualified leads into signed contracts.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will own and close qualified opportunities from BDRs and inbound channels, conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs, lead virtual and in-person sales presentations to HOA/COA boards, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- • HOA Sales operates as the dedicated sales and marketing engine for The CAM Collective, a network of high-performing HOA and condo management companies across the U.S., helping partners achieve predictable, sustainable portfolio growth through targeted outbound prospecting, strategic positioning, and high-conversion sales processes.
- • In this role, the Account Executive will develop deep expertise in consultative selling within the HOA/property management niche, strengthen executive-level presentation and negotiation skills, master pipeline management and forecasting, and directly impact the growth strategy of partner companies while building a high-income potential career in a specialized B2B sales market.
