  • • As a Partner Sales Manager for Databricks at OneMagnify, you will be the strategic driver behind transforming the Databricks partnership into measurable revenue and client impact, directly fueling the company’s growth in data, analytics, and AI solutions for B2B and B2B2C markets.
  • • You will own the end-to-end partner sales lifecycle—from identifying and shaping joint opportunities with Databricks to leading deal execution, ensuring alignment on joint business plans, and building a predictable pipeline that supports $2M in annual new revenue.
  • • OneMagnify is an AI-native, platform-enabled B2B digital agency that combines deep industry expertise with advanced analytics and AI to deliver integrated digital, media, and technology solutions that help complex organizations make better decisions, move faster, and compete more effectively.
  • • The Partner Sales team operates at the forefront of innovation, collaborating closely with technical, creative, and strategy teams to deliver smarter customer experiences, and this role offers the opportunity to influence how enterprises adopt Databricks-powered solutions at scale.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise data and AI sales, master the dynamics of strategic technology partnerships, and position yourself as a trusted advisor who bridges partner capabilities with client business outcomes—accelerating your career in high-growth tech ecosystems.
  • • You will build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from initial engagement through close, maintaining clear visibility into forecasted revenue and ensuring consistent progress toward annual targets.
  • • You will grow and strengthen the Databricks partnership by increasing joint pipeline, enhancing collaboration frequency, and driving more co-sell wins through proactive relationship management and strategic alignment.
  • • You will set and own the joint business plan with Databricks, establishing shared priorities, go-to-market motions, and revenue goals, while ensuring both organizations remain accountable and aligned throughout the fiscal year.
  • • You will identify and shape high-potential opportunities by mapping Databricks’ technical capabilities to client business challenges, then orchestrating cross-functional teams—including client stakeholders, partner leads, and OneMagnify’s data, AI, and delivery experts—to create compelling, solution-driven narratives that advance deals.
  • • You will continuously monitor industry trends, AI advancements, and Databricks’ product roadmap to inform smarter, more relevant conversations with clients and partners, positioning OneMagnify as a forward-thinking, insight-led partner.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Must generate $2 million in new revenue annually from Databricks-powered solutions.
  • • Direct experience working within or around the Databricks ecosystem, including familiarity with its platform, use cases, and partner engagement models.
  • • Proven track record of creating and owning joint marketing programs focused on lead generation with technology partners.
  • • 6+ years of experience in enterprise or partner/channel sales, preferably with BI technology partners, VARs, or systems integrators.
  • • Demonstrated success selling professional services, digital transformation, or data/AI-led solutions to enterprise clients.
  • • Experience selling into B2B and/or B2B2C organizations with a nuanced understanding of industry-specific challenges and buying cycles.
  • • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with C-suite executives, partner leadership, and technical stakeholders.
