- • As an Account Executive at FMX GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by guiding prospective clients through the entire sales funnel—from identifying challenges to closing deals—directly impacting the company’s expansion in public sector and commercial markets.
- • Day to day, you will own and manage a sales territory, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and Gong, collaborate with SDRs on lead progression, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined, consultative selling.
- • FMX is a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in cloud-based facility maintenance and management solutions for education, government, and commercial clients, with a culture rooted in transparency, continuous improvement, and work-life balance.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales expertise, master complex sales cycles in public sector markets, earn uncapped commissions, and grow into a trusted advisor who shapes customer outcomes while contributing to team success through collaboration and self-improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a selling role, with preference for experience in K-12 Education, Higher Education, or State and Local Government sales
- • Experience working in a remote sales environment and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
- • Exceptional attention to detail, task management, organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities
- • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be highly coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
