- • Beautiful.ai is looking for a high-energy, quota-crushing Account Executive to join our rapidly growing, fully-remote revenue team. You will own the full sales cycle—from first touch to signed contract—selling our AI-powered presentation platform to mid-market and enterprise customers across North America.
- • Your mission is simple but ambitious: turn prospects into delighted customers by uncovering pain points around slide creation, brand consistency, and storytelling at scale, then demonstrating how Beautiful.ai removes those pains forever.
- • Day-to-day, you will run 8–10 discovery calls, tailored demos, and business-case workshops each week. You’ll map stakeholders, quantify ROI, and build multi-threaded relationships with champions, economic buyers, and IT/security gatekeepers.
- • You will partner closely with our SDR team to refine Ideal Customer Profiles, craft hyper-personalized outreach sequences, and convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Opportunities at best-in-class rates.
- • Pipeline hygiene is non-negotiable: you will maintain meticulous notes in Salesforce, forecast revenue within 5 % accuracy, and deliver weekly deal-inspection reports to Sales Leadership and the Board.
- • As the voice of the customer, you will relay product feedback to Engineering and Product Management, influencing our roadmap on features like custom templates, advanced analytics, and enterprise SSO.
- • You will negotiate commercial terms, redline MSAs, and shepherd legal/security reviews to close deals averaging $25–75 k ARR within a 45-day sales cycle.
- • Post-sale, you will hand off new customers to our Customer Success team, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and setting the stage for expansion and multi-year renewals.
- • We expect you to become a Beautiful.ai power user—designing decks that wow prospects and sharing best-practice webinars that turn customers into evangelists.
- • Quarterly, you will exceed 100 % of your $750 k ARR quota, rank in the top 20 % of the sales organization, and mentor junior reps through call-listening and deal-strategy sessions.
- • You will represent Beautiful.ai at industry conferences (SaaStr, INBOUND, etc.), host virtual field events, and contribute thought-leadership content to our blog and social channels.
- • Finally, you will champion our culture of experimentation—testing new pricing models, vertical messaging, and AI-assisted sales tools to keep us two steps ahead of the market.
