  • • The Sales Development Representative role at Zillow Group focuses on generating new business opportunities in the Multifamily Rentals industry through outbound prospecting, playing a critical part in driving top-line revenue by setting acquisition appointments for Sales Executives.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include making 100+ outbound calls and sending emails daily, executing consistent outreach to engage prospects, localizing market knowledge to tailor outreach, and applying the MEDDPICC sales process and Challenger principles to drive value-based conversations.
  • • The Rentals Sales Team at Zillow is a high-energy group dedicated to advancing Zillow Rentals by providing advertising solutions and business consultation to Multi-Family property owners and operators, helping connect renters with homes while embodying the company’s core values.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in outbound sales techniques, CRM tools, market analysis, and consultative selling, while building foundational skills for a career in sales and gaining exposure to a Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ months of appointment setting and/or inside sales experience
  • • High energy, strong work ethic, and a hunter mentality with a charismatic, positive "can-do" attitude
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • High proficiency in Google Suite tools
  • • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred
  • • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
