- • As an Account Executive at Relayfi Inc., you will champion the success of small businesses by driving new business and building trusted relationships with business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers, directly contributing to Relay’s mission of transforming financial management for 29 million SMBs across North America.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, become an expert in Relay’s digital banking platform, translate product capabilities into tangible business value, collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Marketing and Revenue Operations, and continuously improve the sales process while ensuring post-close activation and customer success.
- • Relay is a fast-scaling fintech company replacing financial guesswork with real-time visibility, empowering self-made business owners with tools to gain control over their cash flow and turn hard work into lasting success through a mission-driven, innovative culture.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative sales skills, deepen expertise in fintech and SMB needs, master AI-enhanced prospecting and CRM tools, and grow into a trusted advisor who impacts both customer outcomes and Relay’s sales strategy through mentorship and process innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of full sales cycle or account management experience, ideally within fintech or selling to SMBs, accountants, or bookkeepers
- • Consultative, discovery-led sales approach with ability to translate customer needs into clear business value
- • Experience with strategic account-based prospecting and outbound pipeline generation
- • Proficiency with CRM software and sales-related tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo) and active use of AI to improve prospecting efficiency and personalize outreach
- • Strong interpersonal skills, growth mindset, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-scaling, evolving environment
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring/coaching junior team members
