- • As an Account Executive at UpGuard, you will drive revenue growth by selling the Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform to enterprise clients, helping organizations strengthen their cyber resilience in an era of escalating third-party risk.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals—while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts in CRM systems and collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions.
- • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed Sales team that operates with a consultative, customer-first mindset, where success is measured not just by quotas but by the long-term security posture improvements delivered to clients.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in complex B2B tech sales, master AI-augmented sales tools, and become a trusted advisor in cyber risk management—positioning you for rapid career advancement within a fast-growing, post-Series C scaleup.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in cybersecurity, risk management, or enterprise technology, with consistent achievement of quota.
- • Strong consultative selling skills, including ability to run discovery calls, articulate technical value propositions, and navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools, with comfort using data and AI-enhanced insights to prioritize outreach and personalize communication.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and the ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders across global markets.
- • Self-motivated, resilient, and process-oriented mindset, with a desire to continuously improve and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
