- • As an Account Executive at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will drive global sales growth by helping companies expand their workforce across 185+ countries using Pebl’s AI-powered Global Work Platform™, directly contributing to the company’s mission of removing barriers to international hiring and scaling.
- • Day to day, you will own and grow your book of business by developing strategic account plans, prospecting through outbound campaigns and partner networks, exceeding revenue targets, advising clients with deep product and market expertise, collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership, and sharing client insights to influence company strategy.
- • You will join a high-growth, high-energy sales team based remotely in London, reporting to the Vice President of Regional EMEA Sales, where accountability, results, and cross-border collaboration are core to the company’s values and operational approach.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen expertise in global HR tech and compliance, strengthen your ability to navigate complex international markets, and accelerate your career by impacting real business outcomes for clients while being recognized for quota-overachievement and strategic influence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or commercial segments
- • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas with verifiable data
- • Consultative, strategic selling approach with ability to diagnose client needs before prescribing solutions
- • Strong business acumen and curiosity to quickly grasp complex information and translate it into compelling value propositions
- • Resilience, ownership mindset, and comfort working across regions, cultures, and time zones
- • Willingness to travel approximately 20% to strengthen client relationships
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred (though performance and impact are prioritized)
