- • As an Account Executive at Toptal, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing net new accounts while re-engaging dormant ones in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. This role is critical to scaling Toptal’s global network of top talent by aligning the company’s value proposition with client needs across business, design, and technology sectors.
- • Day to day, you will conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn; manage inbound leads; qualify and nurture opportunities through the sales funnel; maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions; and continuously refine demand generation strategies based on market insights and client feedback.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree is required.
- • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in closing sales or business development roles.

- • Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient — comfortable with rejection and able to maintain enthusiasm and ambition through setbacks.
- • Naturally curious with a desire to understand client industries, business problems, and buyer motivations.
