- • As a Sales Representative at Goodstack LLC, you will be the first human touchpoint for nonprofit leaders exploring Goodstack GrantPilot, helping them discover better funding opportunities through a mission-driven SaaS platform backed by General Catalyst.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include engaging and qualifying inbound nonprofit leads, conducting discovery conversations to understand funding needs, performing targeted funding research, leading onboarding meetings, and maintaining accurate pipeline data in HubSpot while collaborating with Product and Sales teams to refine the customer experience.
- • Goodstack is a fast-growing Series A social impact startup powering global change through technology, enabling enterprises and nonprofits to give, volunteer, and fund with confidence — trusted by brands like Google, OpenAI, TikTok, and nonprofits such as the Red Cross and Oxfam, having facilitated $5 billion in donations in 2025 alone.
- • In this role, you will develop fluency in nonprofit funding landscapes, build a repeatable sales playbook for GrantPilot, sharpen your consultative selling and research skills, and directly contribute to scaling a product that creates measurable social impact — all while growing professionally in a purpose-led, innovative startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Based in or within commutable distance of Colorado Springs, Colorado, with comfort for regular in-person collaboration
- • 1+ year of professional experience in sales, support, fundraising, partnerships, or another customer-facing role
- • Experience managing a high-volume pipeline and engaging prospects across phone, email, and video
- • Strong discovery skills with ability to ask good questions, listen closely, and identify genuine opportunities to help
- • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to clarity, tone, and follow-through
- • Strong research skills to identify relevant funding opportunities and turn information into clear recommendations
