- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a BPO Sales Development Representative to support a growing healthcare-focused sales team by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth through timely and effective engagement with US and UK-based healthcare clients.
- • Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients, qualify leads based on defined criteria, schedule product demos and appointments, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up promptly to ensure engagement, and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead quality and conversion strategies.
- • Work within a remote, fast-paced sales organization that values coachability and initiative, connecting top talent with vetted employers while supporting Hangar Aviation Technologies’ mission to deliver competitive pay and real growth opportunities in the healthcare technology space.
- • Develop foundational sales skills in lead qualification, CRM management, and consultative communication while gaining exposure to healthcare technology solutions, building a long-term remote career with opportunities to advance into Account Executive or sales leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
- • Prior experience working remotely with fluency in tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana; candidates without remote work experience will not be considered
- • Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
- • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
- • Basic CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
