- • As an Account Executive at Sona Technologies Inc., you will own the full sales lifecycle for mid-to-enterprise sized customers in core US frontline sectors such as Hospitality or Retail, driving revenue growth and shaping the company’s US market strategy.
- • Day to day, you will drive revenue growth within mid-enterprise segments, own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to closing, build deep relationships with key decision-makers, represent Sona at industry events, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to refine go-to-market strategies and inform product development.
- • Sona Technologies is a fast-growing, AI-native platform transforming frontline workforce management for industries like hospitality and retail, backed by over $100M in funding from top-tier VCs and serving over 100k frontline workers across 140+ employees globally.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow into a sales leader, directly impact the company’s trajectory, earn uncapped commissions, and develop expertise in selling complex B2B SaaS solutions in high-growth startup environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience selling complex technology products into US mid-market or enterprise accounts
- • At least 2-3 years in a closing sales role, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment
- • A track record of smashing quotas and exceeding targets
- • Bias for action: comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to change, and excited to build something from the ground up
- • Growth mindset, strong work ethic, competitive yet collaborative attitude, and grit with optimism

- • Base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 + 100% target bonus (uncapped)
