📋 Description

• As an Account Executive at Scale Army, you will turn inbound interest into signed clients by providing consultative sales support to U.S.-based companies seeking offshore staffing, software, and AI-enabled services.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include running high-quality discovery calls with CEOs, founders, and marketing/sales leaders to diagnose their actual hiring needs, guiding strategic conversations about roles like Paid Ads Managers, Growth Marketers, and Project Managers, handling objections, creating urgency, and closing deals from first call to signed engagement letter.
• Scale Army is a staffing agency connecting international talent with U.S.-based companies across industries including customer support, sales, engineering, and executive roles, with a focus on helping growing businesses scale through strategic talent solutions.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in consultative selling, marketing operations, and hiring strategy while building a trusted reputation as a revenue-generating advisor who helps companies make informed decisions about team structure and growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Account Executive or Account Management roles
• Experience working around marketing teams or agencies
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent English skills
• Comfortable working US East Coast hours (9am–6pm EST)
• Comfortable using Google Sheets (will be tested live)
