  • • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract, driving new business revenue for Wasserman Live’s experiential, fabrication and live-event services across the Middle East and North Africa.
  • • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of regional brands, rights-holders, agencies and property owners who need world-class signage, custom fabrication, immersive activations and turnkey event production.
  • • Translate complex client objectives into compelling proposals that showcase Wasserman’s global capabilities—leveraging our network of 28 countries and 70+ offices to deliver locally relevant, culturally resonant experiences.
  • • Lead discovery workshops and on-site visits with C-suite marketers, sponsorship directors and venue operators, uncovering pain points around fan engagement, brand visibility and ROI measurement.
  • • Collaborate daily with cross-functional pods of designers, fabricators, producers and logistics specialists to scope projects accurately, price competitively and ensure flawless delivery from pitch to post-event recap.
  • • Negotiate multi-year retainers and high-value project contracts (USD 250K – 5M+) while protecting margin and minimizing risk through clear statements of work, milestone billing and penalty clauses.
  • • Map decision-making units inside target accounts, nurturing champions and economic buyers through tailored thought-leadership content, exclusive event previews and data-driven case studies.
  • • Represent Wasserman at regional industry summits, property roadshows and VIP hospitality suites, positioning yourself as the go-to partner for marquee sports, music and entertainment activations.
  • • Track every interaction in Salesforce, maintaining 99% data hygiene so leadership can forecast accurately and marketing can refine ABM campaigns in real time.
  • • Deliver quarterly business reviews to clients, showcasing KPIs such as footfall, dwell time, social reach and earned media value—then upsell additional services (permanent installs, digital extensions, sustainability upgrades).
  • • Champion Wasserman’s DEI commitments by sourcing diverse suppliers, recommending inclusive creative concepts and mentoring junior sellers from under-represented backgrounds.
  • • Contribute to regional growth strategy: identify white-space verticals (esports, Web3 festivals, government mega-events), size TAM, and build entry playbooks for new markets like Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
  • • Stay ahead of regional regulations, cultural nuances and economic shifts that impact live events—turning geopolitical insight into consultative value for nervous global clients.
  • • Exceed annual revenue target of USD 4M while maintaining win-rate above 35% and average deal size growth of 20% year-over-year.
  • • Celebrate wins loudly: ring the office gong, share lessons learned in Slack, and host rooftop sunset debriefs overlooking Dubai Investment Park—because at Wasserman, culture is as important as the contract.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in experiential marketing, live events, sponsorship, or premium fabrication services within the MENA region.
  • • Proven track record of closing complex deals ≥ USD 250K with enterprise brands, rights-holders, or government entities.
  • • Native-level English plus professional proficiency in Arabic; additional languages (French, Hindi) are a strong plus.
  • • Deep network across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar sports federations, entertainment venues, and marketing agencies.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
