  • • As an Account Executive at Siftstack Inc., you will own complex, technical sales cycles with engineering teams building some of the most advanced systems in the world, directly contributing to the company’s mission of providing real-time observability infrastructure for mission-critical systems in aerospace, defense, robotics, energy, and industrial technology.
  • • You will drive new customer acquisition by identifying and developing opportunities with engineering-driven organizations across the United States, prospecting into target accounts, and building relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders while developing account strategies and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • • You will run technical sales cycles by leading discovery conversations to understand system architecture, telemetry workflows, and engineering challenges, partnering with Solutions Engineering and Product to guide technical evaluations and pilots, and defining success criteria to drive evaluations toward clear technical and business outcomes.
  • • You will close high-value deals by owning opportunities from initial engagement through contract signature, aligning technical validation with commercial decision-making, and navigating procurement, legal, and security processes—including enterprise and government-adjacent environments.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, sharing field insights to refine product positioning and sales strategy, while helping build Sift’s US go-to-market motion by contributing to sales targeting, messaging, ICP, and sales process, and supporting hiring and onboarding as the team grows.
  • • You will maintain forecast accuracy through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, clearly communicating deal progress, risks, and next steps to leadership.
  • • You will gain experience selling a highly technical product to advanced engineering teams, exposure to complex enterprise and technical sales cycles, and the opportunity to help shape the go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing deep-tech company.
  • • You will receive close mentorship from experienced enterprise sellers and technical leaders, and direct exposure to customers building cutting-edge systems across aerospace, defense, robotics, and industrial technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6–10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales role
  • • Experience selling technical or complex products (e.g., SaaS, developer tools, engineering software, or infrastructure platforms)
  • • Comfort engaging deeply with technical stakeholders such as engineers, architects, and technical leaders
  • • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • • Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts
  • • Clear and confident communication with both technical and executive audiences

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 USD, plus commission and equity
  • • Opportunity to work onsite in LA or SF office Monday-Thursday with travel across the US for customer meetings and industry events
