📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive at Skimmer Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for the #1 pool service management software in North America, directly contributing to helping pool service companies save time, scale operations, and enhance customer satisfaction through innovative technology.
- • You will own end-to-end sales execution for inbound leads generated via marketing initiatives and BDR outreach, conducting tailored product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with pool service business owners and decision-makers to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- • You will join a high-performing, remote-first sales team of 9 members (1:1 AE:BDR ratio) reporting to the Director of Sales, where collaboration, humility, and hard work are core values, and career development is actively supported through manager coaching and learning investments.
- • You will become proficient in selling a vertical SaaS solution to service-based businesses, mastering consultative sales techniques, CRM-driven pipeline management, and value-based selling in a niche but growing industry, positioning yourself for long-term success in specialized B2B tech sales.
- • You will develop deep expertise in pool service industry pain points and how Skimmer’s route optimization, automated service reports, and business management tools solve them, enabling you to become a trusted advisor to clients and a subject matter expert within the company.
- • You will refine your ability to articulate complex technical features in simple, compelling terms during live demos and follow-ups, strengthening your communication and presentation skills while leveraging tools like HubSpot, Dialpad, and Zoom to engage prospects effectively.
- • You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing feedback from the field, participating in team learning sessions, and helping refine sales processes as Skimmer scales its AI-forward, customer-centric approach to sales enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Full-cycle (qualifying to closing) B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and sales enablement tools
- • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- • Self-motivated with excellent time management, active listening, and organizational skills
