  • • Serve Robotics is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in its innovative advertising business by leveraging its sidewalk delivery robots as a unique, tech-enabled media platform for out-of-home and experiential marketing campaigns. This role is critical to transforming robotic deliveries from a novelty into a scalable, revenue-generating advertising channel that benefits brands, agencies, and local businesses across major U.S. cities.
  • • The Account Executive will operate as an independent contractor (1099) with a $5,000 monthly base and 8% commission on sales, offering significant earning potential while contributing to a mission-driven team at the forefront of urban mobility and emerging media innovation.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new business opportunities with brands and advertising agencies, pitching Serve’s advertising capabilities through consultative, value-driven conversations, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in the OOH and experiential advertising ecosystem.
  • • The role requires managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-sale onboarding — ensuring seamless campaign execution through close collaboration with marketing, operations, engineering, and product teams.
  • • The Account Executive will stay current on evolving out-of-home advertising trends, client needs, and media landscape shifts to tailor solutions that align with brand objectives, while consistently tracking and managing opportunities via CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecast reliability.
  • • Success in this role is measured by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, directly contributing to the commercial expansion of Serve’s advertising fleet in key markets including Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, and Chicago.

  • • In this role, the Account Executive will gain deep expertise in emerging media platforms, develop advanced consultative selling skills in a high-growth startup environment, and have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for a first-of-its-kind advertising medium that blends physical robotics with digital engagement and data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of proven success in media sales, with preference for experience in out-of-home (OOH) or experiential advertising
  • • Demonstrated ability to sell to and build lasting relationships with advertising agencies and brands, ideally with existing industry connections
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license for client travel
