- • As an Agentic AI Account Executive at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in scaling a new global business unit focused on helping enterprises achieve rapid ROI from AI and AI agents through the Agentic Platform. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you will drive both cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and pursue new logo acquisition, directly contributing to Workato’s growth in the fast-evolving AI landscape.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include mastering the Workato platform and Agentic/AI solutions to engage customers with authority, uncovering deep customer needs through consultative conversations, building trusted relationships with executive champions, and maintaining a continuous learning mindset to stay ahead in the AI space. You will manage the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation and qualification to closing and post-sales expansion — while collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and core sales teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- • You will operate within a high-performance, startup-within-a-startup environment that values ownership, innovation, and accountability. The team is composed of top performers committed to excellence, and you will be expected to bring the same energy, rigor, and creativity to every customer interaction and internal initiative.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in a closing role, with preference for startup or scaleup backgrounds
- • Working experience or equivalent knowledge of GenAI and AI agents
- • Proven experience selling to enterprise organizations and engaging senior-level stakeholders
- • Fluency in both Swedish and English (required)
- • Demonstrated track record of consistent performance, problem-solving, and accountability in prior roles
