- • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, ensuring proactive communication and a consistent, high-quality service experience.
- • Partner with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to execute new business placements and renewal strategies, driving account growth and retention.
- • Analyze claims and cost data to generate actionable insights, reports, and recommendations that inform client decision-making and improve plan performance.
- • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring timely completion of all key milestones and a seamless transition into service.
- • Facilitate regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to review plan performance, align on strategic objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently with timely and accurate follow-through to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- • Collaborate with carriers to support rate negotiations, plan design updates, and adjustments aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reporting, and internal communications for all client accounts to ensure compliance and operational clarity.
- • Monitor account performance metrics to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancing service delivery or driving business expansion.
- • Communicate effectively regarding plan changes, regulatory updates, and client-specific initiatives to ensure clients remain informed and compliant.
- • Travel to client sites as necessary to strengthen relationships, conduct in-person meetings, and support account-specific needs.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to develop reports, presentations, and data visualizations that support client engagements and internal reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or healthcare/insurance-related roles
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret claims and cost data and present meaningful insights
- • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
🏖️ Benefits
- • Annual salary range of $96,800 - $161,400 USD, based on experience and geographic location
- • Eligibility for an annual bonus plan
