- • As an Account Executive at Rossware, part of Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will be a key driver of organizational growth by specializing in new logo software and services sales, influencing sales strategy, mentoring junior team members, and closing complex deals with mid-market and strategic accounts.
- • Day to day, you will identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media; conduct in-depth needs analysis and discovery; tailor software solution presentations and demos; build and maintain client relationships; negotiate contract terms and pricing; maintain accurate CRM records; develop and manage a sales pipeline; collaborate with internal teams including leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success; stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities; provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management; and serve as a mentor and role model for junior Account Executives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
- • 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments
- • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
- • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
- • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
