- • As a Client Partner - X at Aleph Holding Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to empower advertisers and brands by unlocking the full potential of leading digital advertising platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients, helping them navigate and succeed in the complex digital ecosystem through data-driven insights and platform expertise.
- • This role is central to Aleph’s expansion strategy, focusing on acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with mid-to-large enterprise clients who seek to maximize their advertising performance on global platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining deep platform knowledge with business acumen to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients’ marketing objectives. Your success will directly impact revenue growth, client retention, and market penetration, making this a high-visibility, high-impact position within a fast-scaling, innovative organization.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned verticals, leveraging market research and internal insights to target high-potential advertisers. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles—from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure—ensuring alignment with both client goals and platform capabilities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Campaign Management, Creative Strategy, and Analytics to design and optimize advertising campaigns that drive measurable results.
- • You will maintain and grow existing client relationships by conducting regular business reviews, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact for strategic inquiries. By monitoring campaign performance and platform updates, you will proactively recommend optimizations and new product offerings to enhance client ROI and long-term partnership value.
- • You will stay ahead of industry trends and platform innovations by participating in training sessions, platform certifications, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. This continuous learning will enable you to speak confidently about emerging ad formats, audience targeting tools, and measurement solutions, positioning you as a knowledgeable partner in every client interaction.
- • You will contribute to Aleph’s market intelligence by gathering and sharing insights on client needs, competitive movements, and regional advertising trends. Your feedback will help shape local go-to-market strategies and inform product development efforts across the organization.
