  • • Serve as a product evangelist for Lexroom.ai, becoming a true expert in the platform and identifying new use cases for legal professionals across Europe.
  • • Manage the full sales funnel from prospect identification to deal closure, including conducting product demos and guiding prospects through the buying journey.
  • • Engage directly with potential clients to deeply understand their pain points, operational goals, and potential integration opportunities for Lexroom.ai.
  • • Maintain consistent outreach and relationship-building with prospects in the legal industry, leveraging sales tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
  • • Act as a key feedback conduit between customers and the product team, translating real-world client insights into actionable product improvements.
  • • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the legal tech space to inform sales strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap and customer success initiatives.
  • • Represent Lexroom at industry events and through targeted outreach to expand market presence in Spain and beyond.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined execution and strategic account management.
  • • Adapt messaging and approach based on client type—law firms, corporate legal departments, or individual practitioners—to maximize conversion rates.
  • • Stay current on developments in legal AI and regulatory environments to speak authoritatively with prospects and clients.
  • • Contribute to the growth of Lexroom’s reputation as the trusted standard for legal AI in Europe by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • • Work three days per week from the Barcelona Sales Hub, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
  • • Participate in team retreats and off-sites designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and team cohesion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or tech sales role
  • • Fluency in Spanish (native or C1+) and English
  • • Strong proficiency in sales support tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator
